1 tablet contains (daily dose): powder of valerian root and rhizome 150 mg, standardized hop extract 60 mg, lavender essential oil 2 mg.

Composition: powder of valerian root and rhizome, filler microcrystalline cellulose, standardized extract of hop fruit bunches, modified wheat starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; lavender essential oil.

Use: adults are recommended to take 1 tablet per day.

Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance to the components. Not recommended for children.
